NAI OHIO EQUITIES HELPS BRING GOURMET PIZZA CHAIN TO COLUMBUS MARKET

An NAI Ohio Equities’ agent closed a lease transaction last week with zpizza, a southern California based gourmet pizza chain located near Laguna Beach. Agent Matt Gregory helped facilitate the lease located at 945 North High Street bringing the first zpizza franchise into the state and more specifically into Columbus’ Short North market.

NAI OHIO EQUITIES ASSISTS IN THE RE-DEVELOPMENT OF SHORT NORTH PROPERTY

NAI Ohio Equities agents Peter Merkle and Matt Gregory have listed a mixed-use redevelopment project in the Short North located at 1246-1264 North High Street in the rapidly developing area between South Campus Gateway and Fifth Ave. The project more commonly known as “Smith and High,” due to its location at the intersection of these cross streets, will consist of retail space, apartments and improvements to an existing building which is 100% occupied.


NAI OHIO EQUITIES CLOSES TRANSACTION WITH PROLOGIS

NAI Ohio Equities closed a sales transaction securing 97 acres of land for ProLogis; the world’s largest owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities. Agent Patrick Dwyer was part of a team that represented ProLogis in its acquisition of the property located on the south side of National Road (US Route 40). The acquisition took over two years to complete and was one of many transactions between both NAI Ohio Equities and ProLogis.

An NAI Ohio Equities’ agent closed a sales transaction last week inside the city’s 315 Research and Technology Corridor.   Agent Don Brokaw represented the Seller in its disposition of Ackerman Place; a repositioned medical office building located at 700 Ackerman Road.
