Chad Cupp is an experienced Facility and Commercial Property Manager. Chad takes pride in providing the best customer service possible. For more than a decade, as the Plant Engineering Manager, Chad was responsible for all Master Facility Planning at a large Central Ohio medical center where he oversaw the $38 million addition of two hospital buildings with responsibilities including property acquisition, design construction, and tenant management and facilities management. Chad currently manages a mix of six warehouse and office properties totaling 1.5 million square feet for NAI Ohio Equities.

Chad earned an Associate in Science degree in Fish and Wildlife Management before graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2004. He is also an active member of IFMA and NFPA. Chad loves the outdoors, sports, cooking and hanging out with his family.
