Curt is one of NAI Ohio Equities Top Producers and has been involved in commercial real estate since 1987. His focus and expertise are in the industrial sector with a specialization in landlord and tenant representation, as well as industrial investment sales. His scope of services include negotiation of lease and sale contract, creating and implementing leasing and sales marketing programs, consulting, property valuation (BOVs), lease vs sale comparison analysis, lease comparison analysis and investment analysis. He works with a wide range of clients on a local, regional and national basis.

Why did you decide to get into Commercial Real Estate?

After graduate school I realized I wanted to work in an entrepreneurial field and real estate fit the bill. It allows you to be creative while providing your services. I also wanted to be my own boss.

Why did you decide to make Columbus your home?

It is my hometown, so I decided to stick around after graduating from The Ohio State University.

What is a favorite pastime you enjoy?

I enjoy baseball, both playing and coaching.

St Louis Cardinals and Ohio State University teams
